The Board of Directors of the Bowes Fund helps the “Poor and Needy of Warren”, as stated in the Bowes Will.

The Bowes Fund is an endowment left to the church may years ago. It's disbursement is quite restrictive because it is only available to the residents of Warren. It's board of directors consists of 5 members who are appointed by those on the board.  The fund has an endowment, receiving only 5% of the latest 3-year average.

The board is currently being re-formed after the retirement of three long term directors.
